Majestic Doors They Are!
I was looking for a new front door that would stand out from all the other impact doors in my hurricane-prone neighborhood. I came across Domadeco online and was directed to Majestic Doors in Ft. Lauderdale. I was replacing a double door, but Karolina suggested a single oversized door with a small glass side panel, so I could see who was at my door. The result is stunning. It looks more like a work of art than a door. The door was delivered within the timeframe promised. And again, per Karolina's recommendation, I offered the delivery driver a tip to put the HUGE crate directly in my garage so I didn't have to figure out how to move it, given delivery is "at the curb." I felt like I got a lot of solid advice and what I paid for, to say nothing of a truly "majestic door."

My experience
I bought the doors hesitant because of some relieves I read. Risky, however, my experience was just good. They are nice people and the doors are looking and functioning great.

Good door
The door itself is very good, also looks like on the pictures, the installation process was surprisingly easy. I just wish the shipping company would cooperate more because the package was shipped on time, it just got held up in some warehouse and that caused the delays.

Purchase of the door
I had some doubts even though the website seemed so straight forward. Managed to contact representative named Hubert and ask some questions. I can honestly say that this guy is very nice and he has knowledge. Helped me to get the order right and there I am now, with the door I love.

This company is..
The person who invented ordering through the website is genius! The customer service answers your emails very quickly, the longest I had waited was a day. Never happened to me before tbh. The door itself is very solid and with right adjustment I am enjoying my purchase. thank you Domadeco

Yee, could have been better
Due to shipping got some scratches and dents. Talked with this gut over the phone but nothing done because i needed to send email with pictures. Solution was found but it is still a shame still the fact that i know the door could have looked better. On plus: website and placing order was simple and fast; the solution to damage was found.

Ok but…
The door I received is good and I m happy i purchased but the wait time was killing me! 5 weeks minimum and if fedex is not experiencing delays - which is rarely.

Quick review
After reading reviews I was doubtful because many reviews said the the product delivered is different and after sales service is non existing. I have found that way NOT true. The product is exactly the same and if I didn’t see something I asked domadeco and the answer I received was always clear (with pictures showing what I as asking about!). After sales service is also spot on because they never took more than two/three days to respond which is actually very good in comparison to the other companies I bought stuff from. If I was to recommend one thing it would be to contact them to get to know every detail and you will not be disappointed. I myself will buy again. Thank you

Comment on the door
Had some problems with shipping company but domadeco was on the top f their game to help me get the door delivered. On top of that the door is fantastic, as described on the website, definitely worth the wait.

Price
Well balanced. You pay the price for quality that you receive but to be honest they offer one of the cheapest yet the best quality entrance doors. I have not found any problems with the company and they were actually very polite. 10/10 would recommend.

Presently surprised
When I contacted the company for the first time I was not expecting good customer service based on previous experience of mine. But I must say the guy on the phone was very helpful. He helped me around the website so I could place order by myself. It was easy after all but I always prefer to be sure before I place order online

Customer service in Domadeco is on point people! Any question you have - they have the answer! You do not have to contact them at all because most question answered are in FAQ but if you cannot find something they will surely help. After purchase they also were quick to answer my questions in regards to installation. Took one star because of the wait (I am very impatient) but at least they are being honest with how long it will take.

Very efficiently installed replacement new front door from Domadeco. The installers took time to show me how best to use it in case of a power cut etc. In all the job took a little short of an afternoon to complete. I'm really happy with the result.

Sidelight came broken

Fantastic experience with online shopping
Fantastic experience with online shopping. The tv stand were just as were described to us and we received delivery of the items within a week. He also helped us with a problem that we had with a similar tv unit from another supplier ( the same type of tv stand) by supplying us with an extra set of wall cabinets. Wish we had used this company in the first place rather than our original supplier who was so useless.
